Lights, Camera, Action! Welcome to a world where movies and television shows come alive! Here in the largest area in the park, get behind the thrills and wonders of the movies and explore six themed districts, each with attractions fit for anyone, from thrills to chills to family rides, we've got it all.

When you come in from the hub, you enter a Despicable Me-themed area, which contains a recreation of Gru's neighborhood and a recreation of Super Silly Fun World. The neighborhood contains two rides: Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, a modified version of the American attractions, and Minions Lab Search, a dark ride where you go through the town with flashlights and try to find a missing potion with the Minions before it falls into the wrong hands. Both rides exit into Minion Mart. The neighborhood also contains Gru's Lab Cafe and Dr. Nefario's Frozen Foods. The Super Silly Fun World area consists of a bunch of family rides, including Super Silly Spin, Crazy Cars, Silly Swings, and Star Drop. It also includes a bunch of carnival games, Super Silly Games, which involves Space Killer, where you can win a fluffy unicorn or other prizes.
West of this area is a modern Hollywood area. This includes a Hollywood boulevard with a walk of fame. On the left of Hollywood boulevard is Universal Classics Cafe, a restaurant celebrating classic Universal films, Oscars Station, a gift shop based on the Oscars, and the Darkroom, which sells electronics. On the right is Hollywood Derby Diner, Walk of Fame Store, Award Wiener Stand, and Best Pictures, a photography store. At the end of the boulevard is a big stadium where you can watch Water World, a stung show similar to that in Hollywood. To the north of the boulevard is a studio area with two theaters, one that plays Animal Actors Live! and one that plays Universal's Special Effects Show, and a Studio Backlot Tour, which is a lot like the famous Hollywood tour, except not as long nor as realistic.
Further west from the Hollywood and bordering Hogsmeade is a small area based off of animation. This involves Animation Station, a gift shop, Animator's Pizza, a restaurant, and two attractions. Petvision is a 3-D show based off of The Secret Life of Pets and Animator's Academy is where you learn how to draw animated characters from Illumination and Dreamworks films.
North of the Despicable Me area is a New York-based area. This includes Louie's Italian, Finnigan's Irish Pub, Central Park Store, The Holiday Shop, and Broadway Bites. This also features three attractions. In the northernmost part of the area is Night at the Museum: The Lost Relics, a dark ride where you tour the Museum of Natural History while looking for ancient relics. The ride exits into Treasures of the Museum. To the west is Race Through New York starring Jimmy Fallon, a clone of the Orlando attraction, which exits into Tonight Show Shop. Finally, there's Sesame Street Play Zone, a children's play area in the park. There are also two shows to see in the area: Broadway Bravo, which recreates scenes from musicals such as Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, and Wicked, and Sesame Street Live!
To the east of the Despicable Me area and the New York area is a cartoon area based off of Hanna Barbara cartoons. This includes The World of Hanna Barbara, a dark ride that takes you through cartoons such as Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, and Yogi Bear. Around this area are a bunch of shops and restaurants. These feature Scooby-Doo Store, Pic-a-nic Baskets, Snagglepuss Snacks, Cartoon Cafe, and the Hanna Barbara Store. This goes into Wild World.

Last but not least is an Amity Island area, which contains one attraction, JAWS, two shops, Shark Shape and Amity Island Traders, and a restaurant, Orca Eats. This area borders Wild World as well.

This area went through a lot of development. Although I originally intended it to be a family area, I changed it up when I realized that things would be too thrilling with stunt shows and surprises. I also added the Night at the Museum ride because it fit the New York theme, although it is owned by Fox (now owned by Disney), but this is if it wasn't. This was kind of a hard area to make because I was starting to run out of ideas. There were originally seven districts, but I made it six at the last minute to make it easier for me. Nevertheless, I feel like this appeals to bot children and adults and it has something for both of them.

  1. I think this area looks like tons of fun! Adding Night at the Museum is genius! I’d love to see that! I also love the touch of old classic Hanna Barbara cartoons!
