Pacific Port

Set on the American west coast, you will find adventures in two sections. You can take in the city of San Francisco or you can explore the mysteries of Astoria. Be warned, however, because thrills await at every corner, whether it's a sixteen-story splashdown or a furious car chase, there is always something insane about to happen.

Coming off of the London area is a San Francisco area. At a big building, you can eat at Teppan Dashi Japanese Grill and Cassie's Bakery, or shop at Fisherman's Store. Harbor Market is to the left of this and offers souvenirs too. To the right of the building is Ricter's Burgers, a restaurant themed to the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. Nearby is the area's key attraction, Fast and Furious: Supercharged. The ride exits into Furious Supply. Heading over to a bridge is Chez Alcatraz and Golden Gate Gifts. From there, you cross a small Golden Gate Bridge to Astoria.
The Astoria area is on an island linking to Mythical Ocean. On this side of the island is a town recreating 1980s Astoria as seen in The Goonies. This features a restaurant, Fertelli's Kitchen, as well as a house recreating Mikey's House from the film, where kids can play at Goonies HQ. Past the main village is a towering mountain where you can ride The Goonies and the Lost Cavern, a log flume ride where you go looking for One-Eyed Willie's treasure with the Goonies. The ride exits into Pieces of Eight. Near the mountain and the entrance to Jumanji is another restaurant, Astoria Eatery.

When developing the seas idea, I knew I wanted to bring in the Goonies somehow. I decided to have an American seaside on the Pacific Coast, but I saw that San Francisco would be good for that to. Fast and Furious was the only idea I had for San Francisco though, since that is where the ride is located in Orlando. I could've included cable cars, but the problem was that there was nowhere they could go where they could still keep the theme. Astoria is very different from San Francisco, so that wouldn't work out. Nevertheless, this was all I got for this land.

  1. This is great! It feels really adventurous and perfect for those that love the thrill. I really like how you included Goonies. It’s an old classic that doesn’t really get the attention it deserves. This is the perfect place for it. So smart!
