Madagascar Shores

On an island off the coast of Africa is Madagascar, the land of the lemurs. Welcome to the kingdom of King Julien, where visitors of all ages can find a jungle of fun. Here, you can find several attractions made for the family.

When you come in from Jumanji, you are head into this beach area. Here, you can ride Madagascar: A Crate Adventure, a boat ride through the ship in the film where you travel through Madagascar. Nearby is Marty's, a restaurant recreating the one Marty makes in the film. Also around there is Penguins of Madagascar: Flight of the North Winds, a light ride where you travel through the North Winds headquarters and search for a spy. The ride exits into North Winds Gear.
If you go into the jungle, you will find a family area. King Julien's Carousel, Flight of the Toucans, Mango Madness, The Madagascar Games, Mort's Flyers, Baobab Drop, and Maurice's Boat Swing are all family attractions. King Julien's Dance Party happens often around here. The Hungry Foosa and Club Moist are both sit-down restaurants while Madagascar Merchandise is a gift shop. If you take a path through the jungle, you will enter the Isle of Berk.

I chose this to be my family area. I mean, when you go to Universal, you really don't see much focus on children. All they really have are play areas and just a few rides based off of kids movies. However, I decided to make this area for the kids, along with the next area (Isle of Berk.) Most of these are original rides while two of them are from Universal Studios Singapore, which also has a Madagascar-themed area.
